The colour code
When someone in your venue uses MobileFlare, their screen will flash one of four colours. Each colour communicates a specific need before your team reaches them. Brief your stewards and medical staff on this key.
Red, Yellow and Green are emergency signals: pulsing, high-contrast, designed to be seen from distance. Blue is a welfare signal: a calm, non-flashing screen used when someone needs water or is overheating. It is not an emergency, but should be attended to promptly.
Assault, harassment or personal threat. Requires immediate attention from security.
EmergencyDangerous crowd pressure or surging. Indicates the crowd around this person may need active management.
EmergencySomeone needs immediate medical attention. Route medical staff to the flashing screen.
EmergencyDehydration or overheating: a welfare request, not an emergency. Calm screen, not flashing.
